DescriptionCylinder Kit-MALOSSI SPORT- cast iron 177cc 3 transfer ports, 57mm stroke, single exhaust port - Vespa PX125, PX150, Cosa125, Cosa150, LML Star 125/150, Stella 125/150 DescriptionMalossi replaces the aging 166cc cylinder with a completely new design. For the first time with a grey cast iron cylinder, Malossi now also uses a bore of 63mm (177cc). The channel design has been completely revised and the cylinder offers large flushing surfaces in combination with a very moderate outlet window width. The piston has also been redesigned and due to the large overflow channels it largely dispenses with the old CVFII system which used a piston with holes below the piston roof as a flushing surface. The cylinder head uses a modern designed combustion chamber which should be run with a recommended pinch point of 1.2mm. The head is intended for use with long thread spark plugs (B9ES, W2CC, etc.). TOP TIP: deburr the piston and windows in the cylinder before assembly for longer ring life (key file and/or sandpaper).
