Description The FN FNX Tactical pistol with checkered polymer frame and grip; 5.3-inch cold-hammer-forged, threaded barrel; stainless steel slide; raised 3-dot Trijicon green tritium night sights; two optic mounting bases; ambidextrous manual safety; Mil-STD 1913 accessory rail; loaded chamber indicator (LCI); 8.8 – 12.1 lb. or 3.96 – 5.06 lb trigger pull; double-action/single-action hammer; 10 or 15-round magazines; and FDE finish. Developed for the U.S. Joint Combat Pistol Program, the FN Tactical 45 is the latest product of technological advancements in handgun engineering, and improves on the FNP™-45 Tactical in terms of design and performance. This FN FNX-45 Tactical for sale at Mister Guns boasts a unique array of features, including a checkered polymer frame with replaceable steel frame/slide rails. This polymer frame has been designed with a low-bore axis to minimize felt recoil and enhance operator control, and the grip angle has been adjusted to provide a natural, unmatched point of aim. The trigger guard features serrations to provide a more reassuring grip, and four interchangeable backstraps with lanyard eyelets are provided to enable quick customization of the grip feel. Attaching lights or lasers to the frame is easy as it offers a MIL-STD-1913 accessory mounting rail. Also featured on the 45 ACP FN that is designed to emerge victorious from the battle field is a cold hammer-forged, stainless steel barrel with a .578×28 tpi threaded muzzle and thread protector to enable the integration of sound suppressors, compensators, and other accessories, and this barrel has a polished chamber and feed ramp. The stainless steel slide features an external extractor with a loaded chamber indicator, as well as front and rear cocking serrations that make it easy to manipulate no matter the condition of your hands. Suppressor-height, high-profile combat night sights, as well as two mounting bases that accept multiple styles of optional red-dot electronic sights (not included) sit atop the slide of the FN Tactical 45; and, to make the pistol easy to use and perfect for competition or personal defense, all operating controls – including the decocking/safety levers, slide stop lever, and magazine release – have been made fully ambidextrous.
