Description The Low Level Peracetic Acid Test strip is used for testing residual levels of peracetic acid. Peracetic acid is another sanitizing agent, especially used in some segments of the food industry, such as organic produce and poultry. The Low Level Peracetic Acid test strip is calibrated at 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, and 50ppm, and gives results in just seconds. Remove one test strip from the vial, being careful not to touch the test pad with your fingers. Dip the test strip into the solution to be tested for 2 seconds. Remove and shake off any excess liquid. Compare the test pad to the colour chart after 10 seconds.
