Damaged wires from the switches are the cause of most electrical problems, as the wires go from the moving handlebars into the static frame, they rub and can short out. Our replacement switches are OEM quality, this light switch comes with the wiring and connector plugs, ready to fit, don't confuse these with cheaper inferior parts. This switch has 10 wires, 4 wires go to the headlamp (Black, purple, brown & yellow/black) with spade connectors for use with early non halogen headlamps, 1 (Yellow) wire goes to the horn with a spade connector, and 5 wires (black, grey, purple, pink & yellow/black) go to a 5 pin multi plug.
