This means that the small clutch type with 580 mm² is larger than an original 200ccm clutch (large type, 7 springs).In combination with the Malossi springs you can build a very powerful clutch. Problems can then only occur on the mechanical strength of the clutch. If you want to be on the safe side and like to let the clutch fly, you should directly install a reinforced basket.The Malossi set contains the cork, steel discs and reinforced springs. Due to their lower height the clutch facings fit into the standard clutch without modification.Before mounting the clutch facings it is recommended to let the cork plates bathe in oil for one night. This will prevent the pads from running dry when the clutch is started for the first time and the service is stopped.A good tip is a Teflon outer cable with our braided inner cables.
