Channels are made quite flat, and will need tweaking to align correctly, when fitting the channels its best to start riveting from the back to the front and tweek the channels as you progress so the align correctly. TIP: We recommend to assemble the scooter in its unpainted state, a so-called dry-build, before painting. Here, any necessary adjustments can be carried out quickly and easily without damaging a new paint. Then assembling the freshly painted parts is twice as much fun!
