The air is taken in through the frame and bigger pieces of dirt can't even reach the air filter box. The rubber gets porous and fragile over time and needs to be replaced. We stock carburettor air bellows for all Vespa models. Most of our air bellows come from Italian manufacturers unless stated. TOP-TIP: Along with the air bellow, also change the air filter and the carburettor case cover gasket.
