Description Stinger Carbide Tipped Bandsaw Blades are the ultimate choice for stronger Bandsaws in performing resaw applications. Ideal for exotic woods, musical tone woods, MDF or just a real nice cut with extremely long cutting life, the Stinger Carbide Blades feature a triple chip tooth design for very smooth cuts to greatly reduce sanding needs. Carbide teeth in woodworking applications have long been proven to be superior to most any other mineral than diamond. The 3/4″ wide blades come with 3 teeth per inch for an aggressive cut but still very smooth. The 1″ – 2″ wide blades come with a variable pitch tooth design which dramatically enhances the cutting performance of the blades. Less vibration and a smoother, faster cuts are achieved with these high performance variable pitch blades but are only available for sizes longer than 115″ with the appropriate wheel widths. Blades can be ordered in custom sizes and widths even if not listed on our website. Make sure that your machine can accept the large width of these Stinger carbide blades before ordering.
