Description This knife strikes a great balance between form and function in an elevated form of a traditional Japanese blade style. The octagonal ebony handle is accompanied by a white accent which produces a stark contrast to the deep black of the wood. Although it may look mundane at first, this accent leaves the viewer intrigued and, upon closer inspection, reveals itself as the beautifully pure crystalline structure of Thassos marble. The length and flat blade profile lends itself well to slicing operations, yet it will still perform any task required of it. The knife is crafted from 440C stainless steel for great corrosion resistance with a handle of ebony and marble accented in copper. It is both stunning to look at and wildly functional.
