Description A beautiful matching set of small but functional knives. The mini cleaver is not one for cleaving anything large, but is great for cleaving little things, like cheese! This knife is small but beefy, with its 1/4” thick blade it packs a punch and has some heft, perfect for leaving out at a party for guests to use and admire. The paring knife is much more of a functional tool, ideal for small precise operations that happen in the hand of the chef rather than on the cutting board. The paring knife even comes with a matching walnut saya for protection and to round out a clean complete look. Both knives are crafted from 440C stainless steel for great corrosion resistance. The steel of both blades has been left in the darkened state produced by the heat treating process simply for aesthetic appeal. The handles are made of walnut with brass bolsters and brass pins.
